Synopsis
Anthony Mackie returns as flying hero Sam Wilson, who has officially assumed the role of Captain America. After meeting with newly elected US President Thaddeus Ross, Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident. He must uncover the motive behind a nefarious global conspiracy before the real mastermind embarrasses the entire world.
